We are looking for an individual who can operate confidently under their own initiative and ensure our buildings provide a safe, effective and professional working environment for our customers. The role supports day-to-day facilities operations, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement in line with Capgemini standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Facilities Manager in the day-to-day delivery of Facilities services on site.
  • Assist in ensuring facilities remain safe, effective and well-managed, including Security, Cleaning, Health & Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Space Management and Office Services.
  • Provide operational support to business units and manage the site Facilities team.
  • Assist with financial management activities including cost control, budgets, forecasting, invoice queries and fixed asset control.
  • Support security management of the premises, including access control, CCTV, alarms, ID badges, car parking and incident control.
  • Assist with premises and space management, including desk utilisation surveys, hot desking, office moves and liaison with landlords and property managers.
  • Liaise with and support the management of Facilities contractors and suppliers, including HVAC, Fire Protection and M&E services.
  • Support the co-ordination of Health & Safety compliance and ensure services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs, including cleaning, waste management and office services.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Strong people skills and customer-focused approach.
  • Self-starter with strong character; confident, self-motivated and proactive.
