We are seeking someone who can work closely with senior public sector stakeholders and large systems integrator partners, influencing decisions that genuinely matter while ensuring that immediate operational pressures do not compromise long-term service integrity, compliance, or sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as IT’s senior point of coordination for the account across internal delivery teams, operational units, and Account Management
- Translate customer and account objectives into a clear and prioritised IT demand roadmap
- Establish and lead governance forums that support high-quality, evidence-based decision-making
- Lead the analysis of options, risks, dependencies, and impacts to support senior stakeholder decision-making
- Engage with senior customer and systems integrator stakeholders to provide IT assurance, insight, and strategic guidance
- Line manage Business Analysts and Testers supporting the account
- Ensure work entering delivery is clearly defined, appropriately prioritised, and test-ready
- Identify, escalate, and support the mitigation of cross-functional risks and delivery challenges
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Significant senior-level experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager, or in a similar strategic IT leadership role
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to structure complex problems and assess trade-offs effectively
- Proven experience engaging, influencing, and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
- Experience leading Business Analysis and/or Test teams within complex delivery environments
- Comfortable operating across organisational boundaries in large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at executive level
