We are looking for a skilled analyst with a broad understanding of performance and client KPI data across multiple operating systems, with responsibility for driving better insight and outcomes through high-quality reporting and analysis. This role partners closely with operational teams, account teams, and central functions to ensure data is translated into clear, meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret complex operational and client KPI data to deliver actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
  • Clean, validate, and manage data quality across multiple systems and data sources
  • Partner with operational teams, account teams, and central functions to understand reporting needs and support decision making
  • Monitor business performance metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas of concern
  • Provide root cause analysis with clear recommendations to support business performance improvement
  • Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives across reporting and insight solutions
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and the wider data team to develop scalable data solutions

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with experience working across large and complex datasets
  • Proven experience building dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
  • Experience in data cleaning, validation, and data quality management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including trend analysis and root cause investigation
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across operational, client, and technical teams
  • Understanding of data governance, reporting best practices, and KPI performance monitoring
  • Exposure to tools such as MS Fabric, Databricks, Python, or data modelling principles would be beneficial
