We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of the safe and efficient operation of the client property portfolio, acting as an ambassador for both Grosvenor and ISS. You will blend seamlessly into the client organisation to deliver a world-class front of house and property management experience in line with the ISS Livv Strategy and Grosvenor brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the safe and efficient operation of the client property portfolio
- Ensure all client, tenant and visitor requests are fulfilled efficiently and exceed expectations
- Deliver a world-class property experience across concierge, helpdesk, front of house, security, events, mail, logistics, suppliers and workplace support (where applicable)
- Proactively represent and showcase ISS Livv products and services through an integrated service approach
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the client property and provide daily operational support
- Raise maintenance jobs within the system and follow up through to completion
- Manage time flexibly and effectively in line with diaries, schedules and operational needs
- Work closely with Front of House and Security teams to ensure a one-team approach and the highest service standards
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Relevant corporate, hospitality or concierge customer service experience
- Front of House and security or concierge experience
- Experience working with systems such as MS Office
- Strong knowledge of central London and the local area
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify service improvement opportunities
