As a central point of contact for staff, couriers, and visitors, you will play a vital role in managing incoming and outgoing mail, supporting logistics, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Manage outgoing mail, including franking and courier bookings (e.g. DHL, FedEx).
- Carry out scheduled internal mail runs across the building.
- Act as a professional ambassador, engaging with staff, couriers, and visitors.
- Handle enquiries regarding deliveries, tracking, and postal services.
- Support loading bay activity, including handling large or palletised goods.
- Operate equipment such as forklift trucks (where required).
- Follow strict security protocols, including mail screening and handling sensitive items.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing or corporate environment.
- Experience in mailroom, logistics, or facilities services.
