We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of the safe and efficient operation of the client portfolio, acting as an ambassador for both Grosvenor and ISS. You will seamlessly integrate into the client environment, delivering world-class front-of-house and property management aligned with the ISS Global Strategy and Grosvenor brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all client, tenant and visitor requests are fulfilled efficiently and exceed expectations.
- Deliver a world-class property experience across concierge, front of house, helpdesk, security, events, mail and logistics, supplier liaison and workplace support.
- Provide flexible lunch-time cover (12:00–15:00) across multiple properties within the client portfolio.
- Proactively represent and promote ISS products and services under the integrated service model.
- Build core knowledge of each property and support daily operational tasks as required.
- Maintain safe, efficient operation of the client portfolio while acting as an ISS and Grosvenor brand ambassador.
- Anticipate customer needs and take ownership of delivering seamless service throughout the visitor and tenant journey.
- Support events management activities and assist with coordination where required.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous corporate, hospitality or concierge customer service experience.
- Front of House and/or security/concierge experience.
- Experience working with systems such as Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of event management.
- Strong knowledge of central London, including theatres, restaurants and retail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
