We are looking for someone who will ensure stakeholders consistently follow a defined methodology and playbook for change activities. The role aligns people, processes, timelines and communications, tracking real estate and workplace changes to maintain operational continuity, manage risk and minimise disruption to the core business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and plan all locations change activities across the portfolio.
  • Create and maintain a Locations Change Playbook, including processes, templates and documentation.
  • Coordinate and execute change management activities for office openings, moves, exits and workplace projects.
  • Identify workplace impacts and assess operational risks associated with change.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure change is understood, diarised and proactively managed.
  • Deliver clear communications, training and change support to impacted teams.
  • Conduct readiness and impact assessments, including post-implementation support.
  • Support the projects pipeline and provide execution support where required.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence to lead discussions and coach country teams.
  • Experience delivering workplace change and projects in office, operational or multi-country environments.
  • Background in change management, project coordination or workplace operations and services.
  • Ability to identify, manage and escalate risks appropriately to ISS and the client.
  • Understanding of real estate and people management is desirable.
