As part of ISS Supply Chain & Procurement’s transformation journey, this role plays a key part in evolving the function from a traditional savings-focused approach into a differentiating value proposition for key accounts. Leading a growing team of Procurement Business Partners, the role ensures strong collaboration with account teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive successful bids, on-time mobilisation, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Procurement Business Partnering support across commercial bids, ensuring the right procurement solutions and value propositions are included and can be delivered.
- Support the mobilisation and transition of large contract wins, ensuring Supply Chain & Procurement activities are aligned for successful go-live.
- Manage and develop a growing team of Supply Chain & Procurement Business Partners, including individuals embedded within client account teams.
- Define and deliver account-specific strategic priorities in collaboration with account leadership teams.
- Drive procurement and supply chain targets through clear action plans, progress tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with commercial and sales teams to support bid strategies, manage expectations, and ensure procurement value is effectively represented.
- Drive supplier performance, compliance, strategic sourcing activity, savings initiatives, and opportunities for additional value creation.
- Develop and improve business partnering processes by leveraging best practices across UK, global, and Group procurement teams.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and engage a growing team.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain & Procurement, with experience working alongside commercial teams.
- Experience supporting bid processes, mobilisation, transitions, and contract lifecycle activities.
- Ability to collaborate with commercial and sales teams while managing expectations effectively.
- Strong strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to develop fact-based supply chain strategies.
- Experience driving supplier performance, compliance, savings initiatives, and value creation opportunities.
- Experience within the FM or service industry is desirable but not essential.
