Job Description We are looking for a commercially minded facilities professional who can drive performance, manage stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure the effective delivery of critical services. This role requires strong leadership capability, a customer-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Plan, implement and manage facilities management services in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage subcontractors and external contractors, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and performance. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, customers and suppliers through clear and professional communication. Oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across the building or portfolio. Monitor and manage service performance through KPIs, customer feedback and regular performance reviews. Manage site budgets, forecasts, reporting and P&L performance while supporting cost-saving initiatives. Lead Health & Safety, risk management, business continuity, audit and compliance activities. Recruit, develop and manage facilities teams, including training, performance management and workforce planning. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Previous Facilities Management experience. IOSH qualified and working towards a NEBOSH qualification. Strong commercial understanding with a proven track record of managing budgets and P&L. Experience managing service delivery, compliance, contractors and facilities operations. Strong IT skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams. Professional and credible when working with senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges. Professional approach with a commitment to maintaining high standards of conduct and service delivery.
