We are looking for a governance professional who can provide strong oversight of risk, audit outcomes and compliance performance, while engaging effectively with client and account leadership. The role will deliver KPIs, audit outcomes and governance objectives in line with contractual requirements, maintaining full audit readiness and reducing operational and compliance risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance, risk and compliance activities across EMEA in line with client and ISS standards.
- Deliver KPIs, audit outcomes and governance objectives in accordance with contract requirements.
- Maintain full audit readiness, ensuring documentation, processes and controls are consistently applied.
- Manage governance risks, incidents, audits and compliance actions, ensuring timely closure.
- Provide clear governance, KPI and audit reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure suppliers meet governance, compliance and contractual standards, addressing performance gaps.
- Standardise governance processes, templates, controls and reporting across the EMEA portfolio.
- Provide governance oversight of projects and change activity, embedding risk, compliance and control measures.
