In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate communication, escalation, and coordination during high-impact events. You will support the organisation’s ability to respond effectively to crises, protect its people and assets, and maintain business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for, respond to, and support recovery from high-impact incidents
- Conduct real-time monitoring of internal and external incidents across EMEA
- Identify, escalate, and manage incidents in line with established protocols
- Coordinate responses affecting staff, sites, and business operations
- Assess and mitigate risks for business travellers, including tracking high-risk travel
- Gather, evaluate, and interpret intelligence to identify emerging risks and trends
- Conduct open-source research (OSINT) to support threat detection and situational awareness
- Deliver accurate, timely communications and situation updates to stakeholders
