Responsibilities:
- Operate a 24/7 rotating shift pattern over a 6‑week cycle, covering days, nights, and weekends.
- Monitor and respond to real‑time incidents across the EMEA region, ensuring swift escalation and coordination.
- Support crisis response, recovery, and business continuity activities, including liaison with emergency services.
- Gather and analyse intelligence, track geopolitical developments, and identify emerging risks.
- Monitor global travel risks and support the safety of business travellers.
- Operate control‑room systems (CCTV, intelligence platforms, live monitoring tools) to maintain situational awareness.
- Draft and distribute incident communications and support a 24/7 emergency hotline.
- Coordinate with internal teams, security functions, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct OSINT research, support investigations, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in updating crisis‑management plans and procedures.
Candidate Profile:
Recent Master's graduate in fields such as Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, International Relations / Politics.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong understanding of geopolitics, global security, and current affairs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
