As part of ISS, you will help connect people and places to make the world work better. This position requires a natural host who can make customers, visitors, and colleagues feel at home, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
You will work closely with security and management teams to uphold best practices and support events, ensuring the workplace experience is second to none.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for customer requests and enquiries.
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring smooth access to the building.
- Manage visitor registration and prepare passes in line with security policies.
- Answer telephone enquiries promptly and professionally, including switchboard duties.
- Support the onsite management team with high-profile events and community initiatives.
- Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Conduct building tours to ensure best practice and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with security to follow evacuation and lockdown procedures as required.
- Experience working in a high-profile environment with excellent communication skills.
