Job Description We are seeking a Client Services Team Member to join the Workplace Experience Team, curating an environment that enhances wellbeing, productivity and company culture for all end users. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience while identifying opportunities to improve onsite services in line with global strategy. Key Responsibilities Deliver an efficient and welcoming front-of-house experience across all touchpoints Respond to all client requests in a courteous, professional and timely manner Answer incoming calls promptly in a friendly and polite manner Place hospitality orders and support catering requirements as needed Assist with ordering processes and manage deliveries when required Prepare hospitality setups, ensuring all items are available and service-checked Maintain cleanliness of reception and pantry areas, adhering to food safety regulations Manage meeting rooms, including daily checks and processing bookings via the Gingko system Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills at all levels Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectively Ability to deliver a dynamic and high-quality service Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Motivated, flexible and committed approach Discreet and professional mindset Calm, logical and solution-focused under pressure The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
