We are looking for someone who can ensure contracts continue to perform to the highest standards by building strong internal and external relationships, maintaining a clear succession pipeline, and providing a strategic overview of operational deployment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative, efficient approach and swift response to all resourcing requests.
  • Utilise headhunting techniques to source candidates across workplace roles including Front of House, Cleaning, Food, Technical and other service lines.
  • Manage activity and methods to drive talent attraction and retention.
  • Lead a tailored end-to-end resourcing service, ensuring smooth communication throughout.
  • Manage the full resourcing needs of the business.
  • Identify internal talent and support progression opportunities.
  • Ensure talent retention through succession planning and internal talent mapping.
  • Own IMS processes for the department, ensuring consistency and audit readiness at all times.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Promote the business positively to attract high-quality talent.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven track record of resourcing within the Workplace/FM industry.
  • Experience of team management.
  • Core understanding of IFS products and services.
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.
  • Experience using multiple search databases.
  • Ability to research and implement systems and platforms to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced business.
  • Results-driven approach to meeting SLAs for client-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
