The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 € per year.
We are looking for someone who can assess impacts across people, processes and systems, and coordinate readiness activity. They will partner with Workstream Leads, Internal Communications, People & Culture and Operations to ensure the smooth and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and deliver change management and communication activities aligned to programme milestones.
- Support Workstream Leads in completing change impact assessments across roles, processes and behaviours.
- Establish, coordinate and maintain a business-wide Change Network to strengthen engagement and adoption.
- Monitor change readiness across impacted teams, identifying risks, resistance and barriers early.
- Develop tools, processes and materials that embed new ways of working (e.g., toolkits, guides, training aids).
- Facilitate discussions with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible and operationally aligned.
- Apply lessons learned from previous deployments to improve future change planning and execution.
- Track adoption and effectiveness of change using qualitative and quantitative measures, escalating issues where required.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting business change or transformation programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts across systems, processes and people.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify and articulate complex change for all audiences.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience developing change materials such as communications, guides, support documents and readiness assessments.
- Ability to anticipate risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
