We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused individual to join our team in a multi‑functional role combining Security, Reception, Facilities, and Hospitality services. This position plays a key part in ensuring the workplace is safe, efficient, and welcoming, while delivering a high standard of service to colleagues, clients, and visitors. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and capable of supporting all operational areas as required. This hands‑on position requires flexibility across multiple service areas.

Role

  • Provide a visible and effective security presence, including monitoring systems, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents.
  • Deliver a professional reception service – meeting and greeting visitors, managing enquiries, and handling bookings.
  • Support facilities operations – reporting maintenance issues, assisting with office set‑ups, and ensuring a safe and well‑presented environment.
  • Manage meeting room set‑ups, including layout changes, AV preparation, and room resets.
  • Coordinate food and beverage orders, receive deliveries, and occasionally serve refreshments at meetings and events.
  • Maintain excellent standards across all client‑facing areas.
  • Use internal systems and IT platforms effectively to manage bookings, access control, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in security, reception, facilities, or hospitality.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and booking systems.
  • Ability to confidently support and adapt across all service areas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, calm, and approachable manner.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards.
  • Flexible, team‑oriented, and proactive approach.
  • An SIA licence would be advantageous; full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
