Catering Assistant in Liverpool

As a Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be both a warm front‑of‑house ambassador and a key member of our catering operation, helping to prepare and serve food while ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and engaged.

The Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for guests and colleagues.
• Assist with preparation and service of food, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Engage with guests, answering queries about the site, facilities, and catering services.
• Promote workplace amenities, catering options, and on‑site activities.
• Build rapport and foster relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Share ideas to improve the workplace, site experience, and catering operations.
• Show an enthusiastic approach to work.
• Have catering experience (preferred) and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Understand the principles of food hygiene.
• Follow instructions while making decisions that best serve the customer.
• Ensure the customer comes first, providing an exceptional experience.
• Be a determined team player who works well with others and is Disability Confident.
