Job Description We are looking for an electrically biased engineer with strong plumbing skills who can work independently as the sole engineer on site, maintaining a visible, client-facing presence while managing subcontractors and supporting overall site performance. Key Responsibilities Carry out building maintenance and ensure statutory compliance across the site Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and respond to reactive works Liaise with and manage subcontractors for maintenance activities Conduct regular site walkarounds and operational checks Perform basic electrical fault finding and minor repairs Undertake plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance tasks Manage contractor access and escort external suppliers on site Support general building fabric upkeep, including filter changes and small repairs Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience in building fabric maintenance Electrical fault-finding capability Knowledge of plumbing and minor mechanical works Ability to work independently Facilities or engineering background Fully electrically qualified, including 18th Edition The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
