We are seeking a Workplace Host to join a growing onsite team within a large corporate suite on a landlord-owned campus, supporting a capacity of 600–700 people. This role offers an excellent working environment with access to on-site amenities including a restaurant, gym, and regular events such as craft fairs, markets, and street vendors. Provide hands‑on, entry‑level facilities management (FM) support, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming workplace experience for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day low‑level FM support.
  • Cover FM duties during team absence.
  • Maintain and service on‑site barista coffee machines (stocking, cleaning, unloading).
  • Manage dishwashers and general kitchen upkeep.
  • Carry out daily meeting‑room checks (cleanliness, setup, whiteboards, etc.).
  • Perform morning building checks (lighting, housekeeping standards).
  • Handle postal duties.
  • Log requests and issues via the helpdesk system and act as a visible, approachable onsite presence.
