Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Manager to oversee Hard FM operational delivery across our major corporate banking client’s Southern Estate, focusing on their Canary Wharf HQ, but also major sites in Northampton and Gloucester, plus smaller satellite sites in the region. These sites are both corporate offices on a large scale or data centres, each representing huge significance to the client operation.
Here you will provide technical and operational leadership to ISS Engineering operation team within the designated region, accountable for Technical Services across the region, achieving 100% uptime of all critical infrastructure and providing service delivery in line with all legal and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Operate as part of the UK Region Account Senior Leadership Team, providing effective and structured communication with all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Function as the Technical Lead and main point of contact for client within regional Technical Services operation, producing all necessary reporting to senior stakeholders within ISS and the client and attending contractual review meetings as per agreed contract governance.
- Accountable to meeting contract KPI within Region, completing all planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance and maintaining critical building availability in line with contract requirements.
- Use Management Information to support policy, strategy, investment, and operational decision-making.
- Lead the Technical Services operation within the region, with responsibility for the completion of all Engineering and Building Fabric planned, reactive and corrective maintenance activities in line with contract requirements.
- Responsible for the in-region completion of all M&E and Building Fabric work orders, ensuring the region meeting contract SLAs & KPIs.
- Ownership of engineering supply chain delivery in the region, working to deliver optimum performance and drive efficiencies while identifying opportunities that enhance ISS self-delivery capability.
Established Senior Technical leadership experience within a major and complex Corporate Banking and/or Data Centres contract(s) with a strong level of engineering qualification.
