Working Pattern: Monday – Thursday 3pm to 6:45pm & Friday 3pm – 6:30pm

As a Lead Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
- Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities
- Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires
- Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
- Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
- Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
- Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager

- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
- A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
- Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
- Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
- The ability to work on own initiative

- Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
