As the “face” of the building, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping to build a collaborative, welcoming environment for entrepreneurs and businesses. Working closely with the Management Team and Head of Operations, you will support community engagement, building operations, events delivery, and the promotion of our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for members, visitors, and guests.
- Deliver a professional front-of-house experience, including check-ins and tours.
- Support day-to-day building operations and liaise with facilities and maintenance teams.
- Assist with member onboarding, offboarding, and general enquiries.
- Support community engagement activities and on-site events.
- Maintain meeting rooms, shared spaces, and presentation standards.
- Manage access control, mail handling, and visitor processes where required.
- Promote events and communications through internal systems.
- Ensure Health & Safety, fire procedures, and compliance standards are followed.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Friendly, confident, and naturally community-focused.
- Previous experience in a similar role, hospitality or co-working environment.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
