We are seeking a proactive and professional Cleaning Supervisor to join our team with ISS Facility Services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the contract, ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered across all areas of responsibility. You will play a key role in supervising staff performance, maintaining effective communication, and supporting operational compliance within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be confident, organised, and customer-focused, with the ability to lead by example while ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.

The Role

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations and performance of staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery
  • Responding positively, professionally, and promptly to customer requirements and operational requests
  • Ensuring a first-class service is consistently delivered across all areas of responsibility
  • Maintaining clear and accurate communication to support the effective delivery of the contract
  • Following all company policies, procedures, and operational regulations
  • Supporting the company’s Health & Safety policies and reporting any hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices
  • Using Microsoft Office and other IT systems to support reporting, training, and operational requirements
  • Carrying out regular audits and ensuring any follow-up actions or rectifications are completed
  • Producing and presenting audit findings and operational information to stakeholders across the business
