We are looking for a delivery-focused professional who works closely with delivery teams, business units, and clients to achieve high-quality outcomes. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving structured change, embedding new processes, standards, and operating models aligned to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Facilitate the introduction of end-to-end processes, standards, and policies in line with business strategy and agreed scope.
- Support the development and implementation of new operating models and appropriate technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and resource schedules across delivery teams.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining accurate RAID logs and project documentation.
- Track project costs and support reporting on budget performance, variance, and forecasts.
- Plan and maintain clear, regular communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting progress.
- Ensure project outputs meet required quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.

- Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of business projects.
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2).
- Experience using business improvement tools.
- Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
