The Role
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable experiences for clients, guests and colleagues.
- Prepare, present and serve food and beverages to the highest standards across a variety of hospitality settings.
- Support premium hospitality experiences, including executive meetings, client events, fine dining and barista service
- Build genuine rapport with customers, anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Maintain immaculate front and back of house areas, ensuring presentation standards are consistently upheld.
- Take ownership of quality, ensuring all products and service meet expected standards before delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, food hygiene and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion and attention to detail when supporting senior stakeholders and VIP guests.
