As Catering Manager, you’ll work closely with colleagues, including the Retail Restaurant Chef Supervisor, Catering Duty Manager and Chefs to develop menus, boost retail performance and bring to life engaging merchandising that aligns with our ‘Cutting Edge’ marketing approach.
When required, you’ll deputise for the Key Account Manager, stepping confidently into leadership and maintaining momentum across the catering operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage staffing levels and staff competence across all food services
- Maintain accurate records, including costings, training, and performance monitoring
- Supervise, train, motivate and ensure the welfare of the catering staff
- Allocate duties and ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards
- Plan and order food supplies using historical data and menu cycles
- Monitor stock and equipment, ensuring availability for service delivery
- Ensure high-quality, safe food service meets dietary, policy, and service standards
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous catering experience required
- Basic Food Hygiene training provided and must be passed
- Occupational Health clearance is essential for the role
