We are seeking a passionate and experienced Duty Manager who is committed to safety and delivering a great customer experience. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the contract, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and consistently delivered. We are looking for a strong leader who can manage, motivate and support a team of ISS security officers, driving operating performance and embedding a customer-focused, Service Excellence culture at site level.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the contract, ensuring contractual compliance at all times.
- Lead, manage and motivate all ISS officers on the contract.
- Take responsibility for achieving deployment KPIs.
- Ensure the security team is fully engaged and supported to deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance objectives.
- Produce effective manpower and establishment plans to ensure adequate resourcing.
- Instil a customer-focused culture and Service Excellence approach at site level.
- Continuously develop yourself and others, identifying trends and implementing improvement plans to enhance performance.
About You
- Previous leadership experience.
- A passion for service delivery.
- A valid front-line SIA licence (security guarding, door supervision or close protection).
- Knowledge and experience within the security sector.
- Great attention to detail with a consistent and professional approach.
