Key Responsibilities
- Attend and contribute to regular shutdown planning meetings
- Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders
- Raise and manage work orders using TriRiga CAFM system
- Schedule internal teams and external contractors for required tasks
- Collate and submit RAMS to Compliance Monitoring Officer
- Coordinate materials and manage goods receipt to avoid delays
- Oversee full shutdown process to ensure seamless execution
Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications
- Strong background in hard FM or service & maintenance coordination
- Must have hands‑on experience with managing work orders and POs
- Skilled in contractor booking and coordination processes
- Confident reviewing WIP, financial documentation, and reporting
- Advanced admin capabilities, ideally at coordinator / senior admin level
- Not suitable for entry‑level or general admin / customer service profiles
- Experience with CAFM or similar FM systems is essential
