As a Facilities Operative, you will deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients and visitors, working in line with established service levels, procedures, and company values. This role is central to maintaining a welcoming, professional, and well-organised environment. You will support the coordination of meeting rooms, event preparation, and AV setup, while ensuring the overall upkeep of workplace standards. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to ensure the centre remains presentable, safe, and ready to support client activities at all times.
The Role
- Welcome visitors and clients, providing a professional front-of-house experience
- Manage visitor processes, including sign-in and access control
- Coordinate and set up meeting rooms and event spaces
- Support event delivery, including AV setup and hospitality arrangements
- Conduct daily operational checks to maintain high workplace standards
- Ensure all areas remain clean, organised, and presentable
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment in line with health and safety procedures
- Respond proactively to client requests and operational needs

- An SIA licence will be required for this role. For the right candidate, full training and funding to obtain the licence will be provided. You must be willing to complete this training as part of your development.
