The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

Monday – Friday (40 hours). 20 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Free onsite parking, gym membership, and uniform provided.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and transport waste materials from designated areas to disposal sites.
  • Operate waste collection vehicles safely, adhering to all traffic regulations.
  • Replenish consumables and stock within the buildings.
  • Assist with laundry cleaning duties.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Support other janitorial tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with manual handling and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
  • Positive, helpful, and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and take pride in work.
  • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months and reliable transport to site.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.
