Job Description

We are looking for someone who will take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, support ongoing projects, and help ensure compliance with key standards and procedures.

You will contribute directly to maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-of-house support including welcoming visitors and offering appropriate assistance.
  • Deliver support services such as porterage, meeting room management, and monitoring the FM mailbox.
  • Carry out new starter inductions including health & safety and environmental information.
  • Log, facilitate, and oversee reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
  • Support compliance with environmental, HSEQ, and wider facilities standards.
  • Assist with traffic management plans, fire risk assessments, and water hygiene arrangements where required.
  • Complete and support internal audits, including security-related checks.
  • Assist in the delivery of low- to medium-risk projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
