You will act as the first point of contact at reception, managing access, meeting and greeting visitors, and supporting health and safety compliance onsite. Working independently day-to-day, you will liaise with the Assistant Facilities Manager during weekly or fortnightly visits, ensuring all facilities processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including access control and visitor meet-and-greet.
- Oversee contractor visits and ensure compliance with site security procedures.
- Deliver inductions for new starters and contractors, covering health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Log, facilitate, and monitor reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ, environmental standards, and statutory checks (e.g., fire risk assessments, water hygiene).
- Assist with audits and maintain accurate records for compliance purposes.
- Provide general administrative support, including reviewing planned maintenance schedules.
- Support the Assistant Facilities Manager with weekly and monthly tasks as required.
