The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are looking for a professional engineer who can consistently provide excellent customer service and ensure all equipment meets performance and compliance standards. The role also includes supporting wider building services activities, including fabric, HVAC, and mechanical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance within required timeframes.
- Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs and installation work across client properties.
- Complete building services maintenance tasks, including fabric, HVAC and mechanical duties as required.
- Provide callout response in line with the agreed callout rota.
- Undertake contractor control duties, including overseeing workmanship and ensuring standards are met.
- Issue and manage Permits to Work when required.
- Ensure electrical systems and equipment operate to specified performance criteria.
- Maintain equipment and surrounding areas to agreed company standards.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain strong customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering reactive and PPM maintenance within building services or FM environments.
- Experience working within commercial properties.
- NVQ 2356 / 2357 and NVQ 2356 AM2, OR City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation OR AM1 and AM2, OR City & Guilds 236/2360 Electrical Installations Part 1 & 2, AND 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable qualifications
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship.
- City & Guilds 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing).
- JIB accreditation.
- IPAF / PASMA certifications.
