We are looking for someone to act as the central connection point for the Go To Hosts and Front of House team at Wavertree, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and accurate reporting across all activities. This role is pivotal in supporting a data-driven approach, maintaining systems and ensuring all tasks are effectively tracked and completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination point for Go To and FOH teams, organising and dispatching daily activity
  • Manage incoming emails and calls from colleagues, ensuring queries and tickets are handled effectively
  • Log, code, update and close all items on FMS, or transfer tickets where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of all floor visits and activities undertaken
  • Dispatch support tickets to the hosting community and monitor completion
  • Prepare reports and assist with ad hoc reporting requests, supporting hosts where required
  • Track time commitments for the hosting team during workplace activations
  • Manage colleague concerns in line with established standards
  • Train team members on coordination processes to ensure coverage during absence
  • Provide effective operational oversight and support to Go To and FOH teams

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Customer service experience working with Blue Chip / High Touch clients
  • Educated to a good standard, with strong self-motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
  • Proven record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work successfully within a team environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of property management or Condeco systems is advantageous
  • Strong telephone manner and excellent verbal communication skills
