Location: Northampton, UK. Single site. Operates Monday to Friday. No call out. Overtime available. Competitive salary plus additional AP payments and healthcare.

We are looking to strengthen the engineering resourcing dedicated to our client's campus facility in Northampton. The client is in corporate banking and the site is critical to their UK operation, containing an array of LV and HV electrical infrastructure. The engineering maintenance work is delivered by a 24/7 shift team. This role will supervise the shift team of three on shift at any given time, coordinate and supervise planned and reactive maintenance while supporting small project and install works.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Engineering Shift Team in completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs of mechanical and electrical building services and associated equipment, ensuring maximum uptime.
  • Deputise for Senior Critical Engineering Lead in his absence.
  • Produce monthly reports to support site operations.
  • Allocate jobs to competent authorised personnel via the TRIRIGA system.
  • Report all activity and incidents to the Senior Critical Engineering Lead.
  • Ensure onsite quality assurance procedures are adhered to and maintain accurate records/documentation for electrical aspects of PPM and plant.
  • Co‑ordinate visiting specialist sub‑contractors.
  • Liaise with and maintain good working relations with all building users, attend meetings as required and respond positively to any instructions.
