As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering front-of-house services, supporting operational tasks, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Opening the office and ensuring readiness for the day.
- Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors and supporting them appropriately.
- Handling parcels, letters, and deliveries, ensuring timely collection.
- Performing alarm testing and communicating planned tests to visitors.
- Updating CAFM systems and job records accurately.
- Chasing subcontractors and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance visits.
- Delivering support services such as porterage, meeting room management, and managing the FM mailbox.
- Conducting health and safety and environmental inductions for new starters, visitors, and subcontractors.
