Job Description
You’ll manage reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, and assist with cost and budget tracking to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Contract support using Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Project and Visio advantageous)
- Implement effective processes for storing information (timesheets, annual/sick leave, quotes, purchase orders, consumable spend)
- Act as central point of contact for all suppliers
- Coordinate subcontracted works, ensuring allocation to appropriate suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers, instruct works, and provide first-line response
- Lead supplier communications via telephone, email, and CAFM system
- Raise and issue purchase orders
