As a Concierge/Facilities Ambassador with ISS, you will play a key role in creating a safe and secure environment, protecting colleagues, customers, and assets through exemplary security operations while providing a welcoming and professional presence on site.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the site and everyone on it at all times
- Stay vigilant and identify any suspicious activity
- Prevent unauthorised access to the site
- Maintain awareness of all site activity and be fully briefed on daily events
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors
- Build positive, professional relationships with customers and colleagues
- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and report any breaches promptly
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on site requirements
Qualifications
- Previous security experience
- A valid frontline Security Industry Authority (SIA) license (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection)
- Knowledge of security systems and related technology
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent, professional approach
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
