Cleaning Team Leader Contract: Banking Location: Manchester, M3 3AP Hours of work: 30 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 22:00 (but flexible if needed) Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (1 year) Hourly Rate: £13.75 Do you have a passion for maintaining a safe and clean workplace? As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues. The Role Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to achieve financial and performance targets Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service and providing strong, inspiring leadership Set, monitor, and maintain high standards for both yourself and your team Create, implement, and manage cleaning schedules to ensure efficient service delivery Deliver exceptional cleaning standards across your area of responsibility Carry out a range of cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and in accordance with guidelines Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company policies Promptly report any hazards, near misses, or safety concerns to your manager About You Excellent customer service skills Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude A team player who works well with customers and colleagues Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
