We are looking for a strong, personable Hospitality Concierge with Reception Cover to join a busy central London office. You will provide reception cover during peak times (morning and late afternoon), ensuring a seamless front‑of‑house experience when footfall is highest. Outside of these peak periods, your primary focus will be supporting the Concierge Team with high volumes of meeting room requests, event coordination, and office floor support. This is an additional head within an existing team, meaning you must be collaborative, hands‑on, and ready to step in where needed – particularly during annual leave or busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Concierge & Hospitality (Primary Focus):
- Manage high volumes of meeting room bookings and changes
- Support corporate events, meetings, and internal functions
- Assist with event set‑up and breakdown (including furniture movement)
- Deliver hospitality services, including refreshments and catering coordination
- Conduct office floor walks and room observations to maintain standards
- Provide hands‑on client support and resolve issues promptly
- Support workplace services and general front‑of‑house operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
- Reception (Peak‑Time Cover & Absence Cover):
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally and confidently
- Manage visitor registrations and issue temporary passes
- Handle high footfall periods efficiently and calmly
- Provide full reception cover during team holidays or absence
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, or workplace services
- A strong personality with the confidence to manage busy environments
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional manner
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Physical ability to assist with event set‑up and manual handling
