We are seeking a dedicated and organised Private Patients Manager to support the Key Account Manager in delivering strategic direction across private patient units. This role will oversee all private patient services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high standards of care. We are looking for a strong leader who can guide and support teams, drive high performance, and uphold excellence in safety, hygiene, presentation and service quality. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience through effective management, collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Key Account Manager in overseeing private patient services and daily operations.
