ISS is seeking a hands-on Head of Kitchen to oversee daily restaurant service, hospitality, events and VIP functions within a busy corporate catering operation serving around 500 guests daily from a central kitchen.
You will lead a team of four kitchen staff, drive food quality, safety and menu standards, manage costs and budgets, and partner with events teams to deliver exceptional service across two floors. The role requires contract catering experience and strong leadership.
