As a Chef de Partie with ISS UK, you will play a vital role in delivering a world‑class culinary experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity for our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality dishes within your designated section, maintaining outstanding standards at all times
- Prepare, cook, and present food in line with company specifications and menu requirements
- Maintain excellent kitchen organization, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper food storage
- Assist with menu development, contributing ideas and supporting innovation
- Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and hygiene regulations
- Report any equipment issues, hazards, or incidents to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
