We are recruiting an Account Coordinator (Facilities) to support a high-profile financial services client within a facilities management environment. This is a newly created role following a contract extension. It will play a critical part in supporting the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring governance, reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point for senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day account operation.
- Support the Key Account Manager and Account SLT with administration, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Own and support all contract governance activity, including meeting preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and close-out across SLT and cross-functional forums.
- Produce and maintain high-quality reports and trackers.
- Drive people engagement, communication, and social initiatives across a global FM contract of 100+ employees.
- Maintain training, development, and compliance trackers in line with client and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams delivering soft services (front of house, cleaning, vending) and basic engineering.
Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams. Proven experience in a coordination or account support role within Banking or Professional Services. Strong understanding of FM service delivery and how multiple services interact within a client environment. Advanced Excel skills with confidence in reporting, trackers, and data accuracy. Experience using structured task or reporting platforms such as Monday.com is highly desirable. Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable operating in a governance-driven environment. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with people. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
