We are looking for a practical, reliable Fabric Technician to support the delivery of high‑quality facilities maintenance services within a prestigious corporate environment in Chertsey. You will be part of a multi‑skilled on‑site engineering team, contributing to the consistent presentation and upkeep of an occupied office environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general building fabric maintenance works across the site
- Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with schedules
- Respond to and resolve reactive maintenance issues efficiently
- Undertake carpentry, painting and decorating, and minor repair works
- Work safely in accordance with health and safety requirements
- Support engineers, supervisors, and specialist contractors as required

Qualifications
- Experience in a Fabric Technician or Building Maintenance role, ideally within a corporate or critical site environment
- Strong practical skills in general building fabric works, including carpentry and painting and decorating

- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to support wider team activities
- Good communication skills when dealing with colleagues, clients, and contractors
