Reporting to the Compliance & Certification Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting operational and technical compliance across the business.

Your primary responsibility will be to review, manage and provide accurate documentation that underpins compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and quality assurance skills to support a vital function within a busy and fast-paced environment.

Your ability to manage documents methodically and ensure attention to detail will be essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor statutory compliance documentation and identify gaps or required remedial actions
  • Liaise between compliance teams and field engineering to assign and track remedial tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and compliance responses
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support performance and service improvements
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to internal and client processes
  • Develop and deliver training programmes aligned with business objectives
  • Promote continuous service improvement and maintain safe working practices

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Familiar with IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Holds up to 3 years of business experience or a Level 3 NVQ/Certificate-level qualification
  • Open to and capable of receiving specific system training as required
