We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivery, enjoys working with people, and brings strong experience across Social Value and Social Sustainability. This is a field-based role with regular travel across Wales (4–5 times per week), requiring a UK driving licence. ISS will cover travel and accommodation where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage the ISS Social Value Plan for designated regions.
  • Oversee regional social value commitments throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Support additional locations while collaborating with fellow Social Sustainability Advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead regional project planning and ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned to the Social Sustainability Implementation Strategy.
  • Collect and report all qualitative and quantitative regional social value data against KPIs.
  • Capture evidence of successful initiatives and produce up-to-date case studies for wider knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed on legislation and local needs to ensure programmes follow best practice and deliver meaningful community impact.
  • Champion social value, upskilling site-based teams and regional champions.
  • Work closely with Employability Managers, Employability Advisors, and L&D Managers to support inclusive recruitment social value targets.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong experience and knowledge in Social Value and Social Sustainability.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering social value initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Enjoys delivery-focused work and collaborating with people.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally across Wales (4–5 times per week).
  • Full UK driving licence (required for travel).
