Job Description We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can support frontline teams, maintain service standards, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Support account management teams to deliver best-in-class service and performance across KAN accounts.
Work collaboratively with the OSC job management team to ensure delivery meets contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
Support and guide Placemakers to achieve contract-specific service levels.
Conduct planned visits with each Placemaker, ensuring every individual is visited at least every six weeks.
Assist the Sector Manager with recruitment and vetting activities, ensuring compliance requirements are met and vacancies are filled within 48 hours.
Ensure Placemakers follow company procedures, systems, client security policies and required working practices.
Manage consumable stock levels, maintain tidy store rooms and complete site audits in line with agreed frequencies.
Oversee employee training, time and attendance compliance, payroll completion, holiday and absence cover, and promote high levels of team morale and motivation.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Experience in a comparable management role.
Ability to communicate effectively with and support front-line colleagues.
Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to work with remote business groups.
