ISS is seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Subject Matter Expert to support engineering operations, helpdesk and IT stakeholders. You will provide technical guidance to maximise energy efficiency and integrate BMS, IoT and data-led maintenance across the portfolio.
You will collaborate with central IT and engineering teams to roll out Smart Places and connected building technologies, monitor risks, review performance data and help plan asset lifecycle and capital investment.
